The last two games in Anaheim perfectly sum up the frustration that has become the 2005 baseball season. One L and one W - and the consistently inconsistent Seattle Mariners keep rolling along. Just a couple of thoughts:
- When Vlad hits one, it stays hit.
- We really need an everyday left fielder. Sorry, but Morse and Dobbs just are not cutting it.
- The bullpen seems to have recovered.
- Beltre is such an awesome defensive third baseman - he makes the really difficult plays look quite easy.
