Baker On The Starters

Geoff Baker does some analysis of the Mariners starting staff today over at the Times Blog. Good stuff - and I think he's about on target when he says this will be a .500-ish club.

After reading jeffs late blog about Morrow, maybe I have changed my tune about bringing him north with the team. I'm still a little worried about that psyche thing, but I guess it's got to happen sooner or later. Just so hard to judge anything right now as this has been a roller coaster spring training. The offense is showing life though, and thats a good thing.

Yeah - I think these guys are going to score some runs (without any help from Sexson apparently). The USS M crew is convinced that it's a bad idea to keep Morrow on the big club. I see their point of view - but the club has access to lots of info that we don't - so perhaps they know best after all. Time will tell.
